Garage floors for the Spinach Capital
Alma sits right where I-40, I-49 and Highway 64 meet, so a lot of folks here commute, haul, and park work trucks at home. That traffic ends up on the garage slab: red clay from job sites, fuel drips, and whatever winter brine the trucks pick up on the interstate.
We grind that slab down to clean, open concrete, fill the cracks, and build a coating that bonds to it. If you have walked past the Popeye statue downtown, you have been close to plenty of the older homes we work on, many with single-car garages and carports that were never sealed.
What we install
- Epoxy garage floor systems with a primer, color coat and clear top
- Flake broadcast floors in blends that hide red dirt well
- Metallic epoxy for a game room or showroom
- Polyaspartic topcoats when you need the garage back fast
- Shop and storefront coatings for local businesses
- Polished concrete, coating repair and concrete sealers
Who calls us
Most calls come from homeowners in the subdivisions north of Highway 64 and from the older streets near downtown. We also coat floors for small shops along the highway corridor and for folks out toward Dyer, Mulberry and Kibler who keep equipment barns and detached shops on their land.

Estimate
We measure, check how the slab takes water, and look for old paint or sealer. You get a written number before we leave.
Prep day
Diamond grinders with vacuums open the surface. Cracks get filled and ground flush.
Coating day
Primer, color and topcoat go down in order. Most garages are walkable the next day.
Questions Alma homeowners ask
Does red clay stain a coated floor?
It can tint a light, glossy floor if it sits wet for days. A medium-tone flake blend hides it and hoses off clean.
Can you coat a carport?
Yes, but an open carport sees sun, so we use a UV-stable top like polyaspartic so it does not yellow.
What if my slab has never been sealed?
That is normal for older homes in town. Grinding and a good primer take care of it.
